Vosso offers free delivery to the United Kingdom on all Vosso products.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and delivery method, but we strive to get your next favourite Vosso piece to you within 3-5 business days. International (non-UK) destinations will take additional time. We’re just as excited to get our products in your hands as you are. Please make sure all delivery and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

We currently ship worldwide, however, we advise signing up for our newsletter for updates which can be found on our homepage.
International (non-UK) customers are responsible for payment of any associated customs, duties, and taxes.
All prices are listed in GBP. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll ultimately be charged.

Items with original tags that have not been used, seal breached, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Non-exchange product returns are subject to a £20 restocking fee per item which is deducted from the total refund. A prepaid delivery label will be provided upon request by Vosso which will be deducted from the total refund. Items must be returned to Vosso within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning your items to arrange the return of your items. We are not responsible for couriers which are used at your discretion.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order. Returns typically take 7 business days to process, excluding the day it was received. Tracking confirmation of delivery does not mean the return has completed processing (sorted, opened, quality checked, etc.). We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the gallery confirms that the item(s) have completed processing.
If you place an order for a product that has a delivery delay, we will not factor this time into the 14 day return period. The clock will start on the day you receive your order and we will take into account holiday periods.
Orders that contain promotional items or gift cards may require the customer to return promotional items/gift cards to be eligible for the full refund amount. Referral credit or promotional discounts may be deducted in the case of a non-exchange return. Please contact us for details regarding your specific order.

Exchanges: International (non-UK) customers are responsible for delivery fees (both ways) for any necessary exchanges. If an exchange is desired reach out to us to discuss further payment details. We will do our best to accommodate you using the best delivery methods.
ALL domestic and international returns are subject to a restocking dependant on the item/s returned and fees are per item.
If you've ordered multiple items, and are returning one, you will NOT be charged the restocking fee unless your original parcel received was greater than 40x40x40cm or a single pallet.
(Returns should be posted/delivered to our returns address which we will send to you on request. Packages should be in the same condition internally with all seals intact.)
