VOSSO offers FREE delivery on all orders made on the VOSSO website, right here. Deliveries on all orders made by VOSSO are only free to mainland United Kingdom (free delivery excludes the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and some areas of the Scottish Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland and all international regions), orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Larger products/orders may take longer and require custom shipping crates which can take longer to prepare. (Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery/shipping). Times and Delivery
Orders are routinely dispatched and can arrive within 1 - 10 working days. (Please note: All delivery lead times are likely to be extended over public holidays.) If any goods ordered are out of stock or unavailable we will contact you to discuss your preferential course of action. 1. Full refund. (Please note: Refunds can be issued immediately, however, can take up to 42 days to process.) 2. Credit on your account.
Credit has no expiry and we're happy to offer something similar to your original order at a concession price if the product of interest is more than your original order. All prices listed on our website include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax or VAT when applicable and if this is ever applied in the future, these additional costs will be visible in the checkout process. All parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s services and various mainstream national and international couriers/carriers for the UK and international deliveries.
A signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery. If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will normally leave a calling card informing you of what to do next, whether it's to collect your order or have it re-delivered by your local post office or local couriers to a time that suits you. The prices shown on the website product pages do not include shipping charges unless your address location is eligible for free delivery. (Please note: Free delivery applies to the United Kingdom only).
Any applicable import or customs, duties and charges, may be charged once the parcel reaches the country of destination. We cannot control or predict what these charges may be as policies vary between countries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country of destination, it will be passed to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you are not available when the parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions with information on how to collect your parcel. Please contact your local post office for prices on import or customs, duties or chargers. (Please note: We can not accept responsibility for late arrivals of deliveries or lost parcels by any courier used). You have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to your billing address during your order process on our checkout page. We will enclose an invoice in your parcel. If you wish for your invoice to be delivered to your billing address, please notify us when you place your order so we can arrange this for you. We may require additional fees when shipping items to the Channel Islands, Islands, Highlands or other remote locations similar to these. Deliveries destined for remote areas may take longer and be subject to a surcharge, under these circumstances we will contact you.
Relax with 30 Day Returns
You can return goods purchased from VOSSO (excluding sale items and special orders), for an exchange, credit note or a full refund (excluding delivery) as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order. In all cases, to qualify for a refund, the item/s returned must be in their original condition ready for inspection. We cannot accept returns on any items that are damaged, tarnished, scratched, altered or worn jewellery items such as earrings and must include the original packaging, including any related accessories. Please contact us by email before returning your product/order to us, with receipt.
We will be unable to process any exchange or refund without a proof of purchase receipt. These conditions apply to products purchased through our pop up shops, website and exhibition stand. Goods are returned to us at your own cost. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded signed for delivery with insurance for the full value of the item/s purchased.
Once we have received the returned item/s, we will confirm receipt of your delivery by email and notify you that we are dealing with your return/s, followed by; 1/A replacement product/s where available. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock or help you with another product. 2/Alternatively we can issue you a full refund, excluding any and all delivery charges we have incurred and any custom fabrication requests, including a handling fee at a rate of 10%.
Our returns guide states that If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please send us an email to email@example.com. . Please make sure you have your invoice and order/reference/SKU number, name and address ready available including the card you used for payment as it may be required to help speed up the process of cancelling your order.
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given, please contact us as soon as possible, you have 72 hours from receipt of delivery to contact us for faulty products. Once your purchase has been returned we will send your replacement product/s where available, or alternatively, provide a full refund, excluding any and all delivery charges incurred.

In addition to your 30 Days Return Guarantee, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund (including delivery charges if the whole of your order is cancelled) provided you notify us before your order is dispatched. Any written cancellation notice should be sent to email@example.com.
Under our returns guide policy, VOSSO is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods that do not comply with our terms and conditions (notwithstanding your statutory rights). Goods that are not accepted by us will be returned to you. If we have not received returned goods from you within a reasonable time following returns or cancellations, we reserve the right to hold the funds used in conjunction with the purchase until we receive the order in its original state.
Furthermore to these conditions if the purchaser changes their mind or has not fully and carefully understood our full descriptions, sizes or condition report we reserve the right not to accept goods back on a full refund basis but may apply for a credit note or credit at that time against any other product on our website or in stock as a replacement (less future postal costs which shall be applied in the case of replacement products at the discretion of VOSSO).
