Yes! By request, we offer a tracked only service without the need of a signature from you on arrival and you will be responsible for who receives the package.

WILL I GET MY REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY?

Due to the current situation there will be a slight delay on refunds for returned items - all returns are subject to quarantine for 2 weeks until it is safe for our staff to examine your returned parcel. This helps us to better protect our customers like you.

OUR CONTRACT:

General Terms and Conditions for Vosso online shop, United Kingdom, and definitions. These General Terms and Conditions will apply when you access Vosso online or place orders to purchase products from Vosso online. Any reference to WE/US/OUR in these Terms is a reference to Vosso online and any reference to YOU/YOUR means you, the user of the Website. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By accessing any part of the Website or ordering goods from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and will not constitute a binding contract of sale until accepted by us which applies once we have dispatched your order to you. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

ORDER PROCESS:

You may select items from our range of products, details of which will be added to the Shopping Cart. By clicking on the ‘Add To Cart’ button you submit to buy the goods in the Shopping Cart. As soon as this offer is accepted by us your order forms a binding contract of sale between you and us. Orders will not be dispatched until payments confirmed, validated, lawful and made in full. All prices are quoted in (£) Sterling and include Tax. All quoted prices exclude delivery charges unless delivery to the EU where delivery is free. Your financial details are never shared, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details. PayPal uses certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorised access by third parties. Your order and credit card details are transmitted using an encrypted form, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedures. All personal information is handled confidentially. Placing your order authorises Vosso to charge your credit/debit card account with the purchase amount. Payment is not taken until you accept our Terms and Conditions. If your card issuer participates in this program, you will be asked to enter an additional password to confirm your identity as the rightful cardholder. After entering your card details and submitting your order, you will be redirected to a page hosted by your card issuer where you can enter your password. If you are not yet registered for 3D Secure, you can do so free of charge in just a few steps during the online order process or contact your card issuer directly to register. The password you select during the registration process is only known by you and your card issuer and is requested with every purchase.

YOUR PROMISE TO US:

Before placing an order you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart. You will automatically be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (Confirmation E-Mail) with a summary of the details of your order, which we would recommend that you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation E-mail does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received the order. You are over 18 and all information and details provided by you to us (including online registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. Whilst we will do our best to deliver your goods within the delivery time you have selected with your purchase, sometimes it may take longer than expected. You accept that on occasion, it may take us more than 30 days to deliver your goods and we thank you for your patience should this occur. If you change your mind in the meantime, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with our terms and conditions. In the event that we are unable to meet the original delivery time stated, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and at the same time specify a new estimated delivery time. Where you have ordered multiple goods, we may sometimes need to deliver your goods in more than one delivery. If for any reason the goods ordered by you are not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you of this by e-mail. No contract of sale will be concluded in respect of goods that are not available. As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility.

PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES:

All prices listed on the Website include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax if applied or unless stated on checkout. The prices shown on the Website do not include delivery charges. To refer to our delivery charges please refer to our delivery page. We reserve the right to make a surcharge for deliveries to very remote areas. If a surcharge is applicable to your order, you will be informed at the checkout stage of the order process, prior to placing your order. If you decide to cancel your order and return all of the items ordered, we can not refund your delivery charge and items must be returned in their original condition and must not be damaged, tarnished, scratched or altered and include the original packaging, Vosso seal and any related accessories along with abiding our returns policy found on our returns page.

14 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE:

You can return goods purchased from Vosso (excluding sale items), for an exchange, credit note or full refund (excluding admin fee’s, surcharges and delivery costs, if the whole of your order is returned with the original invoice) provided it’s within 14 days of receiving your order. In all cases, to qualify for a refund all returns must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, tarnished, scratched or altered and include the original packaging, Vosso seal and any related accessories along with abiding our returns policy found on our returns page. Please return your product to us, with the original invoice/receipt. We are unable to process a credit note, exchange or refund without a proof of purchase receipt. These conditions apply to items purchased through our website and exhibition stands by VOSSO. We can not accept returns when purchased through a third party. Goods are returned to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded signed for delivery. Once we have received the returned item/s, we will confirm receipt of your delivery by email and notify you that we are dealing with your return, followed by your refund if you qualify, (excluding admin fee’s, surcharges and delivery if eligible). If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock or help you with another product or alternative. Outsourced products are for clients that are looking for something in particular where we have to look elsewhere on demand by clients. On this basis, you can return outsourced goods purchased from Vosso (excluding sale items) or (unless agreed otherwise), for an exchange, credit note or for re-listing on our online shop where you will receive a full refund once sold (excluding admin fee’s, surcharges and delivery costs, if the whole of your order is returned with the original invoice) provided it’s within 14 days of receiving your order. In all cases, to qualify for a refund on outsourced goods at the time of their re-sale, all returns must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, tarnished, scratched or altered and include the original packaging and seal intact and any related accessories along with abiding our returns policy found on our returns page. (Please do return your product to us, with the original invoice/receipt). We are unable to process a credit note, exchange or eventual refund after re-sale on outsourced goods without a proof of purchase receipt. These conditions apply to items purchased through our Vosso website, Vosso exhibitions and VOSSO popup shops. We can not accept returns when purchased through a third party. Goods are returned to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded signed for delivery. ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please send us an email to info@vosso.co.uk. Please make sure you have your order/reference/SKU number, name and address including the card you used for payment in case required to help speed up the process of cancelling your order.

OUR OBLIGATION:

VOSSO is under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for goods that do not comply with our terms and conditions (notwithstanding your statutory rights). Goods that are not accepted by us will be returned to you at your cost. If we have not received returned goods from you within a reasonable time following returns or cancellations, we reserve the right to hold the funds used in conjunction with the purchase until we receive the order in its original state.

FAULTY GOODS:

If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the Website, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vosso.co.uk or use our Contact Form found on our contact page. We ask you to return the faulty goods to us and we will then provide you with replacement goods where available, or alternatively give you a full refund for those goods excluding delivery charges.

STATUTORY RIGHTS:

In addition to your 14 Days Return Guarantee, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, including delivery charges if the whole of your order is cancelled, provided you notify us before your order is dispatched. We will also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you where you are not entering into these terms as a consumer.
